I needed to talk to a Medicare consultant and Joe was only one who answered my call. He was very knowledgeable, asked simple set of questions, patiently explained my options which was important since I still have a college-aged child to cover for medical insurance. Turns out I won’t need Medicare right now but I’ll definitely be using Joe when I’m ready to sign up!
